(3) As we indicated in your invitation, within the limits of our budget, we are trying to cover as much as possible of your expenses that your home institution isn't covering. Please give us a breakdown of your expenses (in US dollars) into round-trip travel to the workshop and local meals (no receipts needed) and local travel (with receipts please) expenses, and tell us how much your home institution is covering.
