Statement of Interest:



Currently I'm excited about the new connection between knot theory and
string theory that I found with Jaume Gomis.  This connection arises
by studying Wilson loops in Chern-Simons theory and their string
theory duals.  I also spend time thinking about Wilson loops in the
AdS/CFT context.
