Statement of Interest:



  My research involves aspects of string theory, mathematical physics
and theoretical cosmology.  My recent efforts have primarily focused
on the AdS/CFT correspondence and on finding new connections between
known string theories via closed-string tachyon condensation.
Recently I have also studied the possibility of seeing signals of new
physics in fluctuations of high-redshift cosmic 21-cm radiation.
