  I have worked on phenomenological applications of string theory in my Ph.D thesis. My collaborators and I suggested new string-related candidates for the origin of dark energy and dark matte and proposed ways of searching for string resonances at the LHC. The subject matter lends itself well to both numerical and analytical methods and comparison with experimental data.
