  I work on various supersymmetry breaking and model building mechanisms in string theory.

I am interested in stable non-BPS states and using them as a probe for string dualities.

I am also interested in non-supersymmetric/conformal/integrable field theories, 
applications of AdS/CFT to condensed matter physics, 
and Alday-Gaiotto-Tachikawa relation between 4d gauge theories and 2d Toda CFTs.
