Nanoelectronic device physics

with Professor Konstantin Likharev

"Currently, there are two undergraduates in my group: Nikita Simonian and (since very recently) Samantha Roberts. They work on the same topic: combining an ab initio electron simulator of molecular electron structure ("NRLMOL" developed the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC) with the principles of correlated single-electron tunneling for the calculation of transport properties of certain molecules. This project seems very important for our work on molecular electron devices and circuits."

Because of the large size of his current group, which includes 6 graduate students in addition to Nikita and Sam, Prof. Likharev is most likely unable to accept any additional undergraduates at this time. However, if you are interested in working with him at a future time you should let him know this.
