Note to Speakers:

Transparency projectors and laptop projectors will both be available. It is recommended that speakers planning to give laptop presentations should also bring transparencies of their talks. These talks will be put on the web site after they are given, and speakers are requested to make available the files as .ps or .pdf files to Dr. Chi-Ming Hung (cmhung@insti.physics.sunysb.edu) (PowerPoint files are also acceptable, though we prefer that a PDF file be generated from the PPT file and submitted together with the PPT file. Also, please embed all fonts/characters when saving the PPT file. This can be done in the Tools->Options->Save menu in PowerPoint).
