Statement of Interest:


  I am interested, broadly, in topological quantum field theories, physical dualities, and connections between physics and mathematics. The two focal points of my recent work have been the counting of BPS states in theories with eight supercharges, and the study of 3d Chern-Simons theory with noncompact gauge group. Currently, I am also thinking about connections with 4d gauge theory and surface operators.
