Help!

Welcome to the World Wide Web! The WWW is a globally connected network of computers which provide information. To access the Web, you will need a WWW browser. There are two types of browsers: graphics-based and text-based. Netscape is the ideal graphics-based browser, and is available for X-Windows, Macintosh, and MS-Windows. Mosaic is the only browser for the Amiga platform. Lynx is a text-based browser, and is available for any Unix or VMS system.

Each highlighted phrase (in color and/or underlined) is a hyperlink to another document. If you are using a graphics based browser, Single click on the highlighted phrase to follow the link. If you are using Lynx, use the up and down arrows to select a link, and press return. If you wish to go back to the previous document, select back in Mosaic or press the left arrow in Lynx.
