Jack Smith wins Stony Brook President's Award

YITP faculty member Jack Smith has won a Stony Brook 2005 President's Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities. The Chancellor's/President's awards are designed to recognize "consistently outstanding scholarly and creative activities" by SUNY faculty. Jack's research has moved particle theory and phenomenology forward for over three decades, and his students have carried Stony Brook's name far and wide.
