| To register online please complete the online registration form. To register through regular mail please print out and complete the text version. Please do this as accurately as possible to speed up the processing. Payments can be made by either check or money order (see below for more details). | Fees |
| The registration fee for the Symposium is $125 if paid before April 29th and $150 afterwards. This includes lunch and dinner on May 21, lunch and a banquet on May 22, as well as coffee breaks, local transportation and a concert on the evening of May 21. Tickets for the banquet alone are $50 per person (Extra tickets are available if you wish to bring guests). |

Payment of registration fees may be made by check or money order - It must be a bank draft, certified check,
or money order in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
Make checks or money order payable to Stony Brook Foundation Acct. #284100. Checks drawn
in foreign currency will be returned.
If you are using the
online registration form please send
a check or money order in the required amount to the address below as soon as possible.
If you are registering by mail please include your check or money order when sending your
text form to the address below.
Please include name of registrant and conference on the check.
Acknowledgement of registration will be sent upon
receipt of the official registration form (text or online).
