Title Topological defects and framed bicategories

Abstract: "Using a generalization of the Segal formalism for closed  
topological field theories in two dimensions, we show that 2d TFTs  
with defects defined on borderless Riemann surfaces are described by a  
framed bicategory in the sense of Schulman, which admits a duality in  
the sense of may and Sigurdsson. The application to topopogical LG  
models and topological B-models are also discussed.
