Title: Hidden fermionic structure of XXZ spin chain.

Abstract: In this talk I shall introduce the
fermionic operators acting on the space of local operators
for XXZ spin chain. This gives rise to a fermionic basis
of the space of local operators.
I shall  explain that the expectation
values of local operators in presence of "Matsubara time"
are given by determinants in this fermionic basis.
